I have lived in Himeji for decades and this is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff NEVER look up and there is no buzzer so you have to shout across the crowded restaurant. Considering their prices I was disappointed to say the least. The food was not served together so the rice came long before the meat and was cold by the time the meat finally came. The garlic rice just tasted weirdly buttery but not in a good way with garlic chips (probably bought not cooked) sprinkled on top. The seating charge justifying amuse-buche was simply some dry penne sprinkled with parmesan The french fries were basically salt with french fries sprinkled underneath. When we complained the waiter simply came back with extra ketchup. There were no utensils apart from chopsticks. And they would not give us a pitcher of...

そして、次回はぜひ チーズオムレツ ポルチーニ茸のクリームソース を頼んでみたいと思っています！隣のテーブルで頼んでいたのを見て、その濃厚なクリームソースとポルチーニ茸の組み合わせが絶対に美味しいと感じました。
