Looking for a place to eat near himeji castle? this is the place. We stumbled across this place honestly not expecting much and like most places around big tourist spots to get ripped off. But Sen-Hime was an absolute gem, I had the Karage chicken set. The chicken was moist and tender with a lovely crisp batter it came with miso soup, rice, beans, pickles and coleslaw. We visited this small eatery late afternoon when the shop was about to close. Tbh, we didn’t have much expectations because we chose this place randomly after visiting Himeji Castle. The staffs were absolutely friendly and helpful.
