We didn't know that it was a memorial ground. But this place is pretty and serene. On a winter day Late on the afternoon the gate was still open and I saw some kids doing laps around it (there are some running laps there) which I think was a very good idea. There's some trees but not too much....

時々ですが、夜間のライトアップはイベントをしています。姫路城は登る城より眺める城と感じます。最上部まで登っても楽しめますが周辺を散歩しても結構楽しめます。春は桜が美しいですし、イベントの能舞台やルポン国際音楽祭などのイベントもあります。石垣の組み方も時代によって異なりますから歴史好きには一度では物足りないでしょう。石垣は豊臣秀吉の時代から池田...

We didn't know that it was a memorial ground. But this place is pretty and serene. On a winter day Late on the afternoon the gate was still open and I saw some kids doing laps around it (there are some running laps there) which I think was a very good idea. There's some trees but not too much. Very calming.

時々ですが、夜間のライトアップはイベントをしています。姫路城は登る城より眺める城と感じます。最上部まで登っても楽しめますが周辺を散歩しても結構楽しめます。春は桜が美しいですし、イベントの能舞台やルポン国際音楽祭などのイベントもあります。石垣の組み方も時代によって異なりますから歴史好きには一度では物足りないでしょう。石垣は豊臣秀吉の時代から池田 家、酒井家の徳川の時代に築城されたものと比較するのも面白いです。熊本城の石垣のぞくぞく感が良くわかります。このお城は姫路の人は好きですが、徳川の時代には国家戦略で築城された為に周辺の人々は生活にかなり困ったのはないと予想します。余程、心から西の国が怖かったのででしょう。
