平塚に2022年末にオープンした、ベトナム料理やさんです。

実はこの辺にはベトナム料理のお店は少なく、貴重な存在です。 メニューは現状、そこまで多くはないです(これから増えていくかも、とのことです）。

今回はフォーとバインミーをいただきました。

フォーですが、まずスープが美味しい！味の濃さもちょうどよく、きっちり素材を感じるお味です。

私、実は留学生交流イベントでベトナム屋台をお手伝いした事があり、ベトナムの方と一緒にスープを素材から作った経験があります。その時に作ったような、優しさを感じる、でも確かなお味。飽きずに最後までスープをいただきました。

そしてもちもち春巻きも。こちら初めて食べたのですが美味しかったです。

バインミーはボリュームはさほど多くなく、フォーと一緒に食べても全然食べられる量です。 個人的にはもう少しボリュームがあってもいいかなー。

なんにしろオープンしたばかり。これからに期待と、現状でも美味しいフォーが食べられる事から、まずは★5つか...
