I tried their seasonal ochazuke, and it was well worth the wait even though the line moved a bit slowly. The dish itself isn’t heavy at all — fresh, clean flavors that make it easy to enjoy. If you’re visiting, I’d recommend starting by eating it as-is, then pouring in the tea for the second half. The two ways of eating give completely different experiences, and both are delicious in their own way. A comforting meal with a nice twist, especially if you enjoy lighter Japanese dishes.
