出雲大社を参拝したあと、本殿近くのこちらのお店へ、おぜんざい目当てでうかがいました。雰囲気のよい昔ながらの喫茶店で、マスターが温かく迎えてくださり、居心地の良い店内。窓の外で行き交う観光バスや観光客を眺めながら少し待つと、シンプルながらも絶位美味しいと確信するおぜんざいが運ばれてきました。お味は想像以上。あんの粒がひとつひとつしっかりしていて、でも柔らかく、しっかり甘いけれど後味すっきりという絶妙具合です。お餅も、これを求めていた！というもの。塩昆布もお茶もぴったりで、素晴らしかったです。一緒にうかがった母も「出雲ですごく美味しいおぜんざいをいただいた」と旅を終えた後も感動を忘れられないようです。...
