Then, you try 7-8 Japanese wines offered there by the glass. The owner and his wife visit wineries in Japan and carefully select awesome wines, which are changed every week or two. If you like any of these wines, you should make an appointment to visit the "Japanese Wine Shop Jan". This way, you are very sure to find a Japanese wine that it can't go wrong with. Food is freshly made and a lovely mix of Japanese and western classics such a deep fried oysters (when in season), salads, tempura, pâté, karate, homemade shumai, etc. there is also a great selection of Japanese cheeses, ham and salami.
