Came here for Saturday dinner and LOVED the food! We arrived some time between 5:30pm-6pm and were the first people in the restaurant. The chef/owner? let us bring our huge double stroller (Uppababy Vista) inside and pushed 3 tables together to accommodate our family of 2 adults, a toddler and a baby. Ice water and hot tea was served immediately (with free self serve refills). We ordered off the “set” menu—I got the Iwachu pork loin and my husband got the pork filet. Both were tender, juicy and incredible! The salad (and salad dressing) were yummy too. The miso soup had tiny clams in it! Best tonkatsu I have ever had. Next time I want to try their sandwich. Highly recommend this place!!

逗子から鎌倉駅に向かう途中に発見。 オススメの豚カツ屋さんです！ 『TONKATSU』の字が見え中に入って見ましたが、外観・内装ともにオシャレなカフェのようなお店でした。 フードメニューは ロースカツかヒレカツ、岩見豚のロースカツ。この日は岩見豚ロースカツをチョイス。 初めて入ったお店だったので料理が運ばれてくるまでなんとなく口コミを見てみたら衣がどうだ、とかボリュームがどうだとか心ないコメントが目をひき少し心配してしまったのですが、結果訪れてとってもよかったです！ 確かに一般的な豚カツ屋さんと比べるとボリュームは控えめですが、洋風豚カツ屋さんと思うとしっくりきます。 衣もサクサクでとても美味しいです。お肉自体が脂身をしっかりと持ち合わせているので、おしゃべりしながら食べると確かに少し衣に油が移ってしまうかもしれません。 添えられた三浦野菜は食感も抜群、味噌汁にプチトマトもこんなに合うのかと思うほどさっぱりしており、口の中の豚カツの油を流してくれるものの優しい後味はそのまま残してくれました。 こだわりを持ったとんかつ定食だと感じました。 店主も口数は多くありませんが、素敵な方でした。
