すし捨 賢坂辻店 — Restaurant in Kanazawa

Fantastic sushi spot that my friends and I stumbled upon. We were staying nearby and didn’t want to go too far. This place was literally the most unassuming restaurant from the outside, and once inside we were nicely greeted by the owner. The was a strong language barrier, but it wasn’t any issue as we figured everything out as we went. We opted for the omakase / nigiri option for each of us as well as some beer.

I kid you not - the experience we had here was incredible because of how fresh the sushi was. Hands down, it was the best sushi we had in the entire trip!

An excellent restaurant! A friend and I arrived late in Kanazawa after a long day of traveling, and this place was recommended to us by our host as a good sushi place nearby. Going in, we were a little nervous as our Japanese is weak (and we were the only customers there at the time).
