Fantastic sushi spot that my friends and I stumbled upon. We were staying nearby and didn’t want to go too far. This place was literally the most unassuming restaurant from the outside, and once inside we were nicely greeted by the owner. The was a strong language barrier, but it wasn’t any issue as we figured everything out as we went. We opted for the omakase / nigiri option for each of us as well as some beer. I kid you not - the experience we had here was incredible because of how fresh the sushi was. Hands down, it was the best sushi we had in the entire trip! 令和7年6月の時点で臨時休業中。 3月頃から休業されているようです。 美味しいお寿司と気さくな店主、優しい奥様、元気な子供たち、可愛い猫ちゃん、皆さんお元気でしょうか？ さみしいですね・・・ 住宅街にある近所の方が通う寿司屋がどんどん減っていくのは悲しいです。 スシローも良いですが、個人経営の寿司屋を大切にしたいですね。 自分自身への反省もこめて。 全国展開するチェーン店が繁盛しても、儲かるのは極めて少数の経営陣と資本家のみです。 ほとんどの人は安い給料で労働者として使われ、高い税金を搾取される事になります。 大規模チェーン店で買い物をする事は、実は自分で自分の首を絞めているのではないか、と最近思います。 飲食店に限らず、個人経営の店が大規模店に淘汰される現状の日本の将来が心配です。 これも結局は政治の問題なんですよね。 大規模店舗の規制緩和などの政策によって、個人店の商売が難しくなっている。 政治家は金のある方向しか見てないですから、資本家に有利な政策を行いがちです。 何とか出来ないものかと、思案しているのですが・・・。 写真1〜2枚目は令和7年6月の最新の店舗の外観です。 写真 3〜13枚目は昨年8月、14〜31枚目は昨年6月の想い出たちです。

カウンターのお寿司屋さんにはあまり足を運んだことのない私にも色々親切に接してくれました。 地元の市場で仕入れた魚を握ったお寿司を出しているお店のようですが、酢飯やお醤油、日本酒にも店主のこだわりが光り、最高に美味しくお寿司を堪能できました。 おまかせ握り10貫で5000円ほど。 トロとかも美味しかったですが、私はイワシとバイ貝に心を鷲掴みにされました(笑) 何より店主のお人柄で会話が弾み、初めての訪問だったのですが、楽しく食事が出来ました。 すし捨という看板は金沢には三店舗しか残っていないそうですが、正直、こちらは穴場の名店だと思います。 また金沢へ行くことがあれば、必ず立ち寄りたいと思える素敵なお店でした。

An excellent restaurant! A friend and I arrived late in Kanazawa after a long day of traveling, and this place was recommended to us by our host as a good sushi place nearby. Going in, we were a little nervous as our Japanese is weak (and we were the only customers there at the time). However, the family running this restaurant was very kind and welcoming to us, and we ended up having a fantastic time! The sushi was delicious! And the chef...

We just arrived in Kanazawa and were looking for some nice sushi late at night. The food was super fresh and tasty, and the chef was very friendly and patient, especially with our poor Japanese! He even taught us how to eat sushi properly and it was all in all, a great experience. We would love to come again and definitely...
