Hands down THE BEST CAFE in Kanazawa. Handmade cakes and cookies, funky drinks and their lunch boxes are SOSOSOSO good. Not to mention the interior is so thoughtfully designed and the owners are the most おしゃれ couple ever. A lot of cafes aren’t study friendly but this one is, I spend hours here just vibing, studying, eating their delicious food, so vibey. I’ve been here like 5 times now and will continue to until I leave Japan ily 💓

Incredible coffee shop ran by two incredible individuals (I believe they are a couple). They were so friendly to us! We loved it. The matcha drink that I got was delicious as well. I was sad that we could only hear once and I would have loved to return multiple times. Kanazawa and this coffee stand Hana coffee shop will always be in our memories!

Of all the goodbyes I had to say at the end of my studies in Kanazawa, this one was the hardest. Coffee stand hana was my regular pit stop for studies, a conversation and really great coffee and food. The owners are amazing and must be cherished. I will miss them dearly and hope to see them in the future. I will forever go out of my way in Japan to visit Shimpei and Yasuko again at their cafe. I even received a painted portrait with a beautiful message on my last visit. I will never forget you and the portrait will get a beautiful...

I wish i could rate more than 5 stars. We found this coffee place by chance cause we wanted a break from the crazy afternoon heat. Turns out they have a super tasty cappuccino and cortado and lovely sweets. Most importantly the cafe is run by a lovely couple that speak english and are very polite and welcoming.
