I have been travelling through Japan for the past 2 weeks and this place by far has been the worst, the lady waitress made us feel very unwelcome. I sense that she did not like tourists or foreigners, so if you aren’t Japanese, think twice before you visit.
The lady waitress was talking to a Japanese man as I approached the counter to ask for an extra spoon, so I patiently waited to the side. When she finished, she completely ignored my presence and proceeded to go about whatever she was doing, so I kept waiting for her to finish her task. Two Japanese ladies then come downstairs, and suddenly she looks up and swipes her arm at me asking me to move away so she could service them. That just made me feel like foreigners are not welcome here. The owner of this venue really needs to pick her staff more wisely.

From the female staff at the entrance, to the one serving the food, and the cashier, all of their attitudes are TERRIBLE. We were very polite but it felt like we had done something wrong. They were very impolite and unfriendly.
Upon checking other reviews, it turns out many tourists have had the same experience as me. If you don't want to have an unpleasant day because of them, please read the food reviews before visiting. I would rather visit other dessert house on the same street.
