The food and sweets were good but I was very disappointed by the service. A young female staff member treated me and my children rudely, showed irritation that we do not speak Japanese, and even snickered at us. In a dessert shop that receives many tourists, such an attitude is unacceptable anywhere in the world and is shameful. Honestly, if foreigners are going to be treated this way, it would be more sincere to post a sign saying ‘No foreigners allowed.’ Having loved Japan, visited many times, and contributed to its society, this experience was extremely unpleasant. Has 2 floors with slightly different menus. 1st floor mostly ice cream and benches, 2nd floor seems to be more variety and you have proper tables n chairs.

Tried Soy Sauce+Caramel and Miso+Cream Cheese. Ice cream flavours are unique and very balanced. Especially well suited with the monako rice wafer, mochi and red bean paste. They have variations with crispy cones n soybean powder. You wont regret it.
