This chain is such a hit. While the price is high, the quality is there, flavours are right, atmosphere is fun, and service is next level.
Being able to have the comforting taste of North America via burger and fries with Heinz ketchup, while sitting on a tatami floor is a wonderful combo. wagyu is a meat with high fat ratio, when they grind it to burger the fat doesn’t mix well and you get big chunks of fat. You can’t swallow it.
The patty doesn’t stick and break down while eating.
The bun doesn’t hold everything well enough. Broke down half way.
Lacks of seasoning - salt and paper for both meat and fries.
We had high expectations but honestly this was one of the lowest quality burger I had. Using Wagyu just doesn’t make it better.

We got a classic cheeseburger, a chilli cheeseburger, and two vegetarian burgers. Everyone left really happy and full. We also got one order of the fries with sauces which is great for 2 people to share. The drinks are self serve so you can have refills and ketchup, mustard and spicy sauces are at your table which is so nice as that’s not very common in Japan.
