Eburiko — Restaurant in Karuizawa

Beautiful house near the Kumoro Pond. Very small homely settings with less than 8~9 tables. This is a small establishment but the food and service are top notched! We sat by the balcony with a nice view of the woods. Service was attentive and uses old traditional French concept in its settings. A hidden gem!

Taste Cream of mushrooms was great with 20 types of fungi!, the plate of mixed mushrooms deliciously pan-fried with garlic, great fillet pork and nagano beef with porcini sauce. Ended with a coconut ice cream with crepes. Overall food was excellent!

Cost ~ Average, we spend ¥8000+ for 2 lunch set plus add-ons, the mushrooms...

An outstanding private kitchen with watering and yummy food in details. We were a group of ten ordering ten full courses and took over the restaurant for a night. Our menu was hand printed with everything depicted as the real. All delicious and presentable. We were explained dish after dish for the material to the mode of eating. An enjoyable night with great food of French style. Very good...
