Kisurin — Restaurant in Karuizawa

We visited as English-speaking tourists and had a similar experience to other reviews regarding service.

On our first visit on 18th February, we walked in but were immediately shooed away without any inquiries or attempts to assist us. Our Airbnb host made multiple calls that day, but none were answered. Eventually, they had to visit in person to inquire about our reservation.

On 20th February, we arrived for dinner at 5:24 PM. The staff present, including a man wearing spectacles, did not appear to be aware of our reservation. Despite having a toddler and two elderly parents with us, we were asked to wait outside.

Given the cold weather and the fact that no other customers were around, we asked if we could wait in the lobby, but this was declined. By 5:26 PM, we were still discussing whether we needed to return to the car due to the cold. However, at 5:27 PM, we were suddenly allowed to enter. It was a frustrating experience with little regard for customer comfort.

There are few Chinese food options in Karuizawa, making this a potentially good choice for those seeking this cuisine. However, if the service remains at this level, it will likely drive customers away and negatively impact...

Not a single smile from start to finish. Generally unfriendly towards foreigners. Being the only Chinese restaurant in the region the food was ok. The worst of my experience was I ordered a draft/tap beer and was given a can, when questioned I was told - “no tap”. A Japanese customer walked in and all a sudden the tap was working again. 【僕史上、サイコーに美味しかったレバニラ】

軽井沢にある希須林を訪ねるのは、今回で4回目。顔はまだ覚えてもらえてない…。 来たのも1年半ぶりだから、そりゃそうか。

何回か食べている「五目あんかけ焼きそば（税込1480円）」はタレが少し甘いと思いつつも今回も注文し、相方とシェアしようとオーダーは決めた。さて、一度も食べたことのない料理を食べたいと「軽井沢担々麺（税込1380円）」もしくは「ご飯と選べる中華のセット（スープ付き）で希須林レバニラ（税込1480円）」のどちらかにしようと思いながら、後者のレバニラ炒めを選択。

以前も食べて気に入った「ごまだれ水餃子（2ケ400円）」も前菜として注文。 まずはこれが出てきて食べるがごまだれのほんのりした甘さも餃子に合うから嬉しい。

続いて「ご飯とスープと、希須林レバニラ」が出てくる。 焼きそばも頼んだのでご飯は少なめの盛りにしてもらっていた。

レバーを炒めた後に、強火でサッとニラを炒める。シャキシャキ食感のニラがレバーに乗っかっている。あんはやや多めだが、レバーの柔らかさと旨さは今まで食べてきた中でも美味いし、上にかかったサッと炒めたニラの美味いこと、うまいこと！ ほんと今まで食べてきたニラレバの中で一番かも。そしてご飯が炊き方も、米そのものも美味しくて嬉しくなってしまう。パクパク箸が進む。

野菜（キャベツ、舞茸、なめこ等）のたっぷり入ったスープも合間合間のご飯とオカズのアクセントとしてとても合う。

相方は「ご飯と選べる中華のセット（スープ付き）でやまと豚の酢豚（税込1480円）」を選択。少し分けてもらってこれも食べた。以前にも食べたことがあるが、ここの酢豚は王道的に間違いのない旨さ。酸っぱさもちょうど良い感じ。これまたご飯が進む系。

そして、「五目あんかけ焼きそば」がシェアするお皿と共に到着。…相変わらずあんはやや濃厚で、甘め（これ以上甘くなるとつらいが、ギリギリOK）。

具材にはパプリカ、白菜、小松菜、キクラゲ、海老、豚肉などがたくさん入っている。麺は生麺を軽い焼いたタイプ。スープに浸ったところも美味しい。

軽井沢の中華はさほど数がないので、ここは本当に貴重な美味しい中華。

あと何回来たら、顔を覚えてもらえるかな? おそらくこれからも何回もまだまだ来そうな予感もするのでまぁそれはそれで楽しみとしておこう。 また、希須林の...
