🟧 We passed by this Cocoro shop in Kawagoe, Saitama, saw the soft serve placard, and decided to go in for some ice-cream.
🟩 They are popular for their egg-shaped Baumkuchen, but we decided to get the soft serve as it was a hot day. 🔵 Seating is very limited in the small shop.
🟡 My husband and I decided to get the Matcha and Satsuma ( purple sweet potato) ice-cream cones.
✔️ The Satsuma purple sweet potato 🍠 ice-cream was infused with a very strong flavour of the root vegetable. 🟪 Tastes just like a thick slush of purple sweet potato ice-cream.
🟩 As for the matcha soft-serve, it was tasty. We stood outside the shop to eat the ice-cream as walking along the streets and eating your snacks or food is frowned upon in Japan.
