Located just next to the Bell Tower. It serves good tea. My friend ordered a cold tea with roasted rice and it tasted really good! Perfect for hot summer day.

I ordered a cold roasted-green tea with whipped cream. Surprisingly I found the tea bag on the bottom of the cup. I think it is why this drink has an authentic taste and balanced flavor. Roasted green tea does match best with sweet whipped cream!

Beside of tea, you can also buy some Japanese-sweets for souvenir. They look sweet and of course taste great.

Ordered an iced caramel latte and cream puff, under 1000¥ for both. The latte was mostly ice but still delicious and the cream puff was fantastic. Wasn't overly sweet but just enough. Cozy vibe with somewhat limited seating available...
