The food was good and authentic but nothing else was. 15 people took up 4 out of 5 tables and one woman worked the whole place: cooking, serving, and cleaning. Free water was served out of a water cooler and paper cups. Music was coming from a streaming YouTube channel and it started grating my ears after a while. The woman spent almost all of her time in the back of the kitchen, and anybody who wanted anything had to walk near the kitchen and shout in order to be heard. It got to the point where customers were doing everything themselves: serving themselves drinks, putting empty bottles away, and getting hot towels. 先ずはタイビールで乾杯！(^^)／□☆□＼(^^) 瓶ごと飲むのが定番です。訪問する前に数品、予約注文していたので、スムーズに料理が提供されました。
「ホイチョー」は焼売の湯葉巻きした揚げ物。中華料理の流れを汲む高級料理。タイの沿岸地方でよく食べられています φ(･ω･｀)
「サイクロークイサーン」は、豚肉と餅米(カオニャオ)から作られるイサーンの焼きソーセージ。手作りで、腸詰めした後に数日吊るし熟成させた、クルワ・プリックタイさん自慢の一品(゜∇^d)!!
「タムカヌン」はかなり珍しいですね。熟す前の甘くないパンの木科の木の巨大実「カヌン(ジャックフルーツ)」のサラダです。食感はタケノコに似ていて、ナムプリックや唐辛子と一緒に炒めるので、火はきちんと通っています。イサーン料理の通好みの一品(o^-')b !
そして「ゴイヌア」♪︎ 承諾書にサインが必要。 コチラはバンコクでも滅多にお目に掛からない究極のイサーン料理ですね(´･∀･) 生の牛肉をミンチにして牛の血と和え、味付けに、ナンプラー、粉唐辛子、ライム、米の粉、鶏ガラや、ワケギ、ミント、バイマックルー、パクチーファランなどで和えたサラダです。こちらもイサーン料理の通好み(人´ з`)♪
