A lively seafood themed pub located near the Ito Yokado supermarket. The fish is always super fresh and flavorful. I usually come here for lunch, when they offer set meals including grilled fish and sashimi style slices. This place is super so so!!!!!! It’s super fresh seafood Dining so everything is fresh!!! Especially I love the lunch!!! Just 1000 yes is okay to have good amount and very delicious seafood bowl!!! I think this is the best seafood place around Musashi kosugi station!!!! The starts are very nice and smily!!! You can use credit card so no problem!!! I am 100 percent sure this is awesome...

長年、貴店が道路に置いている大きな水槽や看板などが非常に通行の邪魔になっています。特に看板は店より離れすぎていて、道路の真ん中に近いときもよくあります。 この付近はベビーカーの親子連れが多く、このままでは危険です。

道路工事や街路灯の設置でさえ、許可を取らないとできないのはご存じですか？ 商品はもちろん、看板や日除けを敷地外に設置するのにも申請が必要です。

道路の使用・占用許可を取っていない等、今の状況が道路交通法違反であるなら、速やかに全ての私物を撤去してください。 大変迷惑しています。

もしこの状況が法的に問題ないのであればその根拠を返信で示してください。

法的に問題があるかどうかわからない場合は警察署と弁護士に問い合わせてください。

※１ヶ月経っても上記の問いに対する返信がない場合、貴店の責任者は

『道路交通法に明確に違反していると認識しているにも関わらず改めようとしない、ならず者』 『違法・脱法行為を認識しながら商売を続ける悪徳経営者』

と見なします。（「魚の玄太丸」についても同様です）

系列店の「魚の玄太丸」という魚屋も店先の道路の私物化が酷いので、経営者のモラルの度合いがよくわかりますね。
