I came for lunch while I was in a hurry. This is a chain restaurant, most of the seats are bar seats and you order with the ticket machine at the entrance. There's some bag-holding containers off to the side which I used to put my shopping in.
I got my food pretty quickly after I got seated. Someone did do an initial greeting but since there were so many seats, I just picked a place by myself. It's a typical ramen joint so once you get your noodles, there's really no more service after that.
The ramen broth was pretty normal for a tonkotsu. There was a lot more noodles than I was expecting and the chashu might be a bit stingy. I was impressed with the seaweed though. I'd recommend ordering more if hungry though as I was just comfortable after I was done, and I'm a light eater.

It looked absolutely delicious, but it became very clear to me that this spot caters to a very wide (mainstream) audience and taste - nothing really stood out about the bowl at all. With that being said, there were plenty of kids and women eating here, so I'd say this is an excellent place to start if you're new tonkotsu, because even thought nothing stood out, nothing really disappointed either. An average tonkotsu - nothing more, nothing less.
