It’s a worth visiting restaurant. The staffs are extremely attentive. I was just sitting and playing with my mobile and waiting for my friend to join the table. The staff approached and made sure I was not left unattended. There was a surprised birthday service 🥳. They sang a Chinese birthday song and gave us a plate of fruits and a present. A few of kids of customers playing in the kid room heard the song and came to join the surprise . It’s was such a happy moment🥰. There was noodle stretching show from the staff at the table . And a Chinese mask changing show for everyone. The entertainer also came at our table and do hand shakes with us. After meal you can have buffet fruit . And the staff will give you some sunflower seeds. The bit that the most touched was I left the restaurant and went back to get my trolley which I deposited at the restaurant but forgot to take it back when I left. My hands were cold and the moment I received the trolley from the young lady staff. Her hands could feel the coldness of my hand so she offered me a “KAIRO”. It was impressively attentive👍👍👍 The food was nice . You can have up to 4 kinds of soup. And You can make your preferences sauce by yourself. It a bit expensive but...

This place was bomb! Definitely recommend taking the train here. Parking in this area is super expensive.

It was easy to make reservations via Google Maps. The staff were super nice and helpful. They explained the whole process from selecting the broths to condiment bar and even kids play area.

This place is definitely well suited for families. The kids area was great. I recommend bringing a toy or two from home because there aren’t many toys in the kids area but it is a nice space for the kids to hang out while parents finish eating.

The tomato broth was a big hit with my family. Everyone drank several bowls of just broth. The meat and veggies are beautifully presented when brought out to the table and quality is very good also.

Extremely loud! You'll have to shout conversations across the table. It gets exhausting after a short while. Food is good with a big variety of ingredients. Some service staff is extremely attentive (we had a fantastic slightly older female staff with a short ponytail, who went above and beyond anticipating our needs - even providing a sleeve cover for long sleeves). But all staff speak very limited Japanese (no English) with the heaviest Chinese accent I've encountered anywhere. Even if you're fluent in Japanese, you might not get your point across.
