ネットで見つけた『超ミニ寿司』が気になり伺いました。 初めてにも関わらず、大将のおもてなし、振る舞いにすぐに打ち解けて、一瞬でこのお店が好きになりました。

ネタはどれも美味しく、すだちを使ったり、穴子はふっくらで程よい温かさ、など手の込んだお寿司…

また、醤油のつけ方、そのまま食べて下さい、穴子は温かい内に７秒以内に食べる(笑)、等々…やさしく丁寧に教えて下さり、緊張することも全く無く終始和やかに美味しく食事できました。

なんと言っても！！念願の『超ミニ寿司』はシャリ一粒にちゃんとネタがのってて、見た目のインパクトはミニなのに凄い！！と素人でも分かる技術の高さで大満足でした！！

大将は『松平健』に似てて(私個人の主観かも？)、以前には本当に映画にも出演したことあるそうです(笑)

また店内の壁に掛かった『絵』にも注目してください！！ 行ってからの...
