Kaito is a true hidden gem in the city of Kitakyushu. The staff are warm, inviting and knowledge of the food being served and it's origin. The tiger fugu which is this restaurant's speciality was life altering and turned a fugu virgin into to a lifelong enthusiasts. The tiger fugu skin was firm and bouncing while the fugu sashmi melts in your mouth with a fresh palate cleansing taste. I ate it deliciously, but with the hand holding the sushi I was amazed by the craftsman who made the smartphone trouble. I got angry because I messed around every four minutes if I had my spare time, not once or twice. It is better to look at the hand of the craftsman if there is something to be done. I protested.
