If I ever had to recommend a cat cafe to a person that's never been but wants to experience it, this is definitely the one😄👍🏻, without a shadow of doubt in my mind. Come here. This is it.✌🏻
In a lot of ways the best cat cafe I've ever been to. 👍🏻👌🏻 I have to question the negative reviewers sanity.🤔
One word: cats. (And plenty of them!)
In total there were 39 cats when I went. You can even gently hold them, which is a rarity.
The owner is really nice and will give you pointers if you own cats yourself. I just wish I had a larger apartment so I could adopt a few more. 😓 The owner is also really relaxed and occasionally walks around handing out free snacks to for the customers to give to all the cats.
Almost all 39 cats are friendly (The black and white big one is pretty shy), and will almost certainly come to you and sit on your lap. First time I ever came two came and sat on me.
At many other cat cafes in Japan, you need to actually chase down the cats in order to pet them. Not here. The cats come right to you.
All of these cats were saved from the streets/pound by the owner, so I have to commend her for that. The cats are well behaved. She's doing a great job.
Highly recommended. An amazing hidden gem. ¥1200 for an hour. ¥100 for a churu (If you get a ¥100 churu, prepare to be bombarded with greedy cats😂).
In a way I kinda want this place to stay hidden because I love coming here and like when it isn't crowded. But on the flipside, I'd like the cats to find loving homes, so the more...
Read moreTourists Beware A cat bit me during my visit here. The cat that bit me was an orange coloured cat and had a gaping open wound on the right side of its neck (I'm assuming due to a cat fight?). Needless to say, this ruined my day - cat bites are highly infectious and must be treated right away (Google it). The owner spoke little to no English and was of no help when I showed her my bleeding hand. I purchased and applied antibiotic cream and just prayed that it didn't get infected during the duration of my trip. I don't think it's worth risking getting bitten by a cat especially while you're on vacation from a foreign country. Asides from the cat bite, the condition of this place is poorly kept, the odour of cat urine is extremely pungent and the cats are extremely skinny. However, the remainder of the cats are very cute and friendly, I personally wouldn't recommend taking a risk and coming here until that orange cat is removed from the roster of cats due to it's...
Read moreI really enjoyed my time here with the cats! All of them were very friendly and two of them even slept on my lap and my partner's lap. There were free cat food given to us as well so we could feed the cats! Most of the time the cats would be a paid option so this is definitely a plus. Will definitely...
