Superb! By far the best croissants in Kobe, far superior to anything I tried, and I dedicated the last two years in Kobe to find the best croissants. I am finally happy the search is over :)
I tried a single croissant , and went back literally 2 minutes after I took a bite , to buy many more croissants and other things to try at home with my family. Great financiers, especially the vanilla / almond one ! Also great apple pie , very well executed crust with a crunch, then soft inside and fantastic roasted walnuts on the edges reminding me of modernist cuisine pie recipes .
Overall based on my initial test, the place became an instant favorite . Will try again for sure !

Finally the chocolate Basque cheesecake tasted bitter and was disappointing. It tasted more of standard chocolate than a cheesecake. You can do better, so...

The cafe is pretty small though and has limited seating so you may have to expect a wait there . They also have some biscuits/cakes that you can order or buy to take out. Also the cafe can be a bit to hard , you need to spot the sign and...
