The meals came with several side dishes,with the 油淋鶏 (Yurin Chicken) being so crispy and saucy..it was almost the best item! The Lu Rou Fan was soft and aromatic,packed with delicate flavours! Ordered the yodaredori, lu rou fan, kurokoge char siu, ebi chili and black mapo tofu, with an otoshi of tempura whitefish with wasabi sauce. Everything was superb, but of particular not was the char siu, with a fig and shaoxingjiu reduction sauce that paired nicely with the medium rare pork. The mapo tofu was also great, with each piece of tofu starch fried, similar to agedashi, allowing each piece to hold together better and giving a lovely chewy texture.
