It's a bit hard to rate this place as it depends on what you want.
I ordered 150 grams of their Kobe beef cooked medium rare. The chef even knew the Celsius translation of that, yet it still came out a bit overdone. That said, it was good aged beef and the sauce was good as well (usually I find sauces detract from the meat and avoid them). This cost $90 USD.
Frankly I was a bit surprised that the beef tasted as good as it did, but I routinely BBQ prime rib-eye steaks that are even better and cost 1/10th of the price by weight.
Am I glad I ate Kobe beef in Kobe, Japan? Yes! Would I do it again?...

Ordered the beef stew lunch today.
Salad was too salty and bacon drizzle is tasteless.
Soup is okay but got a black cotton fiber in the white bowl which I could see it from distance but they didn't.
Butter was un-defrost.
The main dish is half chewy half okay but the sauce was not enough for either bread or rice and tasteless.
Mashed potato was terrible.
Coffee was good, but there was a water drop on the rim.
