Mashissoyo Kobe — Restaurant in Kobe

Don't get deceived by the number of comments and 4 star reviews. They give you a free drink for leaving a review (which most new Korean restaurants do for some reason).

While eating I was thinking of giving a 2 star but when the check came I knew this place deserves 0 stars.

First, the photos are all "fake". They are professional photos and look nice but the reality is very different. Just look for the photos take by customers in the "Latest" section.

Then the food. We had bibimbap and it was... bad. Barely warm mushy rice with cold toppings. I had bibimbap before and I believe it should be sizzling hot. That's why they give you the metal bowl usually, no? (And they didn't have the metal bowls here)

And finally the last straw, without us asking for it they brought us with the drinks 4 small pieces of soft chicken (not crunchy. It was like it was boiled in oil just...) with yangnyeon sauce which was salty (isn't it supposed to be spicy sweet??). And great, we had to pay 520 yen each for this stupid chicken we didn't order. This place is not at the level they afford to charge me without my permission 520 yen for 2 pieces of soft fried chicken.

It really felt that I went to a place run by students with student level cooking skills.

I don't want to be harsh but let's be honest. 2 people paid around 4000 yen for mushy barely warm bibimbap(920yen each), normal drink (540 yen each) and stupid "unsolicited" soft fried chicken...

Staff seemed in a rush to get us out and weren't very polite unfortunately. The food was decent but smaller portions than what was advertised for certain items. The restaurant only allows for QR code orders but offers no WiFi meaning you have to use mobile data, with the website being extremely slow. No refill on radishes is a bummer too, as many places do that, but the least of my complaints. I don't particularly reccomend it for Korean food which is a shame as I went all year ago and had a far better...

喫煙者にはありがたく、紙タバコもOKで 嬉しかったです。女性店員さんの態度も特に気になるところはありませんでした。

本題に入ると ホットペッパーからの予約で食べ放題コースにしたのですが、

〇提供があまりに遅すぎる

コースの最初に届くチョレギサラダが来るまで15分、その10分後ヤンニョムチキン、サムギョプサルが来るまでその後15分、最初の提供が終わってからのコースを頼めるとの事だったのですが、そもそも最初の提供で40分はかかりました。 一つ一つ食べるのに時間が空くので、かなりお腹も満腹になり、満足に食べれませんでした。

〇ホットペッパーとのコース内容が違う

全メニュー肉寿司、肉ボナーラも食べ放題！との事だったのですが、(ホットペッパーでスペシャルと書いてあるもの)の金額を見ると別途料金…めちゃめちゃ詐欺でした。 ちなみにホットペッパーのどこを見ても別途料金は書いてませんでした。

〇上に無駄に付いている換気扇

サムギョプサルだったので、換気扇が動き出すのかと思いきやただの飾りでした。 換気扇があるので紙タバコを吸っていたのですが、タバコの煙とサムギョプサルの煙が相まってかなり煙たい環境でした。

〇料理の味

サムギョプサルはこんなもんだろうという感じでした。お肉が固いような気もしましたが、まぁこんなもんでしょう、くらいでした。 ただ最初にくるヤンニョムチキンが味がとても濃く、その上味付けが美味しくなく、驚きました。 その後プルコギを頼んだのですが、プルコギもヤンニョムチキンの味付けで、めちゃくちゃ濃くて、あまりの美味しくなさに人生で初めて料理を残してしまいました。

〇店内が暑すぎる

店内が暑すぎます。換気扇も着いてないので煙や熱ももろに顔に喰らい、暑すぎて大汗をかきました。 換気扇が付いていれば多少はマシだったのでしょうが…

以上の事があり、かなり気になるところが多かったです。 全体的に美味しい！という印象は無かったです。 終始、熱い、暑い、で退店しました。 もう利用することはないと思うのですが、他のレビューにもある通り提供時間はもう少し早めるか、無理なら店内に案内するお客さんの数を減らすなど工夫した方...
