Actually I want to give them 4.5 over 5 but it is impossible so I would give the 4 star rating. I went to this place for the first time, and what I didn't like is the weather inside. I came during summer night, but the air conditioner seemed not functioned properly. Even I haven't eating yet, I already get sweat all over my body. For the clerk, they were very polite and respectful to the customer. I do like the food they sell here, and you can order the package with price less than 1000 yen for chicken nanban and ebi furai set with tartar sauce. Overall quite good. It is nearby my hotel and it opens 24hours. The order machine provide 4 language include Japanese, English,Korean and Chinese. So it it user friendly for most of the travellers.
