Great music at live spectacle. If you are traveling in Kobe this is a must. The show starts at 8pm and ends at 10.30, which is really convenient for an after dinner plan. The best points from this place - Request service available, jazz classics songs, famous movie songs, and even some Bossa-nova too. All of them in a convenient menu with 16 pages and more than 200 songs. Just awesome. - The cocktail bar menu, it’s huge, there is a a ton of cocktails at a reasonable price. If you don’t drink alcohol there is no problem, there are also some non alcoholic cocktails, coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate! - Payment by card available!

So glad we found this jazz bar at Kobe. The minimal fee is 2750 yen per person but it was totally worth it. Ellie’s performance is very graceful and I like her singing. There is a booklet of songs you can request, ranging from classic jazz songs to pop music. The sessions starts at 8 pm, each session is 30 minutes, then 30 minutes break.

■お酒は飲めない私でも楽しませてくれる、北野坂のMusicBar。 最近三宮に引っ越してきたばかりで友達が少なく、さらにお酒が飲めない私ですが、音楽や素敵な時間を過ごしたいと思っていたところご紹介いただいたのがこちらのMusicBarでした。 ドリンクメニューと共に渡されたのが、なんとMusic Menu！ジャズや映画音楽など300曲以上の音楽リストの中から、自分の好きな曲をリクエストすると、ヴォーカリスト・エリーさんとピアニストさんが生演奏で応えてくださるのです。さらに楽曲に合わせてドラマーさんも参加したり、週末はベースの方も入って更に本格的なライブになるんです。 私も大好きな映画「ノッティングヒルの恋人」の主題歌「SHE」をリクエストさせていただいたら、50年以上ヴォーカリストとして活躍してきたエリーさんのセクシーで奥行きのある声と、圧倒的なオーラにドキドキ♡興奮してしまいました♪ ライブの合間にはスタッフさんや常連さんが、関西ならではの楽しく明るい会話で話しかけてくださいます。コーヒーやノンアルカクテルなども充実で、おつまみもあるので、気軽な感じで立ち寄ってはいかがでしょうか。 「観光客や若い人たちにも、ジャズ発祥の地・神戸のミュージックバーを楽しんで欲しい」とエリーさんもおっしゃってました。 本格的なジャズが楽しめる、気さくなバーです。

So glad we found this jazz bar at Kobe. The minimal fee is 2750 yen per person but it was totally worth it. Ellie’s performance is very graceful and I like her singing. There is a booklet of songs you can request, ranging from classic jazz songs to pop music. The sessions starts at 8 pm, each session is 30 minutes, then 30 minutes break.
