Rio Coffee Kōbe Kitano — Restaurant in Kobe

Amendment no. 2: I added two stars again, despite my criticism in my first amendment. Their in-store coffee-quality is simply superior. Maybe because of their careful hand-preparation. There is no other coffee shop/roaster in Kobe (apart from Taoca Coffee) that can compete with them. Also their service, the positive and friendly attitude of the staff and the calm, relaxing atmosphere is outstanding.

Amendment: I’m afraid I have to deduct three stars from my original review. Today, I bought their most expensive coffee beans: Nicaragua Buenos Aires Anaerobic Natural. After buying I found out, that the roast date is over two weeks old. For specialty coffee, especially for coffee of this price, this is too old. Speciality coffee should usually be consumed within two weeks. No doubt this is still good coffee, but I was quite disappointed.

A very relaxing experience! Came here during the morning on a holiday. Extremely peaceful and the baristas are very knowledgable about the different coffee beans. I ordered the healthy toast and a Nicaraguan coffee. Both the food and the coffee was very light yet satisfying. Would highly recommend coming here for anyone who wants some simplicity...

少し駅からは歩きますが、 神戸の街並みを見ながら歩くとあっという間ですので 各線三ノ宮駅からのお散歩もよいかと思います ただし、ひっくり返りそうなくらい急な坂の上にありますので 高めのハイヒールの方はタクシー利用もありです

クロックマダムはには自家製の豚ハムが乗っています けっこう分厚いハムで、食べ応えがあります たまごにからめて食べるととろ～り幸せ パン1枚とあなどるなかれ チーズとのかけ合わせでボリュームあります

ちょこんとあるグラノーラも はちみつヨーグルトと一緒に食べると 素敵なモーニングの一品に

そして何より美味しかったのが 自慢のコーヒー！ SNSでは写真映えするクロックマダムが目を引きますが 明らかにコーヒーの方が実力者です 正直コーヒーがハイレベルすぎて 他の料理の味を忘れるかと思いました ドリップコーヒーですと 4種類の味から選べますので コーヒー好きの方は自分の好みに合わせてぜひ召し上がっていただきたい！

ちなみに料理の提供まである程度時間がかかりますので しっかり余裕をもっての来店がオススメです
