I am Japanese American and this was the best soba place I've ever had. It's not tourist friendly as there's no English menu and English isn't widely spoken in kofu. However the service was good. 甲府駅付近でランチをいただきました。昨年、甲府を訪れた際は南口の飲食店が混んでいたため、今回は北口側を探索し、徒歩5分ほどのそば屋さんに入りました。外に並びはなく、すぐに入店できました。鳥もつ煮、ホタテバター焼き、そして鴨なんばんそば（冷）と天ぷらそば（冷）を注文。スタッフのお姉さんたちはとても愛想が良く、細やかな気配りをしてくれました。鳥もつ煮には山椒や一味を勧めてくださり、味に深みが増しました。お蕎麦は手打ちらしく短めのものが多かったですが、どのメニューも美味しく、とても満足できました。

I had lunch near Kofu Station. When I visited last year, the restaurants on the south side were crowded, so this time I looked around the north side and found a soba restaurant about a 5-minute walk away. There was no line outside, so I was able to get in right away. We ordered tori motsuni (stewed chicken offal), scallops with butter, cold duck soba (kamo nanban soba), and cold soba with tempura. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. They recommended adding sansho pepper and chili to the tori motsuni, which made the flavor even richer. 車でお昼11時30分祝日訪問。 車はお店横の道を入りすぐ裏に専用駐車場あり。 車の台数が3台しか止まってなかったので空いてるかとお店に入ると満席でした。 回転が早くすぐに呼ばれて着席。 冷たい緑茶！嬉しいですね。 口コミに鶏もつと蕎麦のセットとよく書かれていたが今日はセットはなく単品との事。お蕎麦大盛り出来るか聞いたら出来ないとの事で普通盛りと鳥もつを注文しました。 どっちも美味しかった！ お蕎麦の薬味が練りじゃないワサビとおろし、白髪ネギとの三位一体最高！ 美味しそうなおつまみも沢山あってこれは次回は電車旅行でゆっくり飲みながら楽しみたいと思いました。 次から次と回転が目まぐるしい中、おばさま達の接客と身のこなし最高でした！ 口コミに接客がよくないとあったが確かに私も車だからノンアルコール頼んだら生ビール持ってきて出そうとしたおばちゃんを1番の頭の人が腕掴んでこの人はノンアルコール！ってやり取りを目の前で繰り広げていて面白かったけど目を瞑れとは言わないけれどお年寄りにあの目まぐるしい満席回転は大変だと思う。でもタイミング悪い時に当たっちゃ...
