Terasaki coffee — Restaurant in Kofu

A lovely café with a small, yet great, selection of beans roasted next door, and freshly made pastries. They offer both espresso based drinks and drip coffee, hot or cold.

I took a hot drip coffee (beans from Colombia) and biscuit with azuki beans. The coffee was amazing, perfectly brewed and elegantly served, the biscuit was delicious, crusty outside, soft and moist inside, flaky, it felt like a crime to leave even one crumb.
