Objectively I found the seafood okonomiyaki here pretty average - not bad; not great. Like a home cooked meal as a means to fill you up in a moderate way; which isn’t a bad thing I guess. I would’ve liked some crisp on the crust.
I think eating off the hot plate directly is quite unhygienic especially when it’s just barely warm and only lightly rinsed with leftover drinking water between patrons. It’s hot and stuffy (AC was off and the store is enclosed) and not well-ventilated so you do smell greasy after.
