【立地】 草津温泉街の玄関口にある道の駅。お土産や休憩がてら気軽に立ち寄れる立地で、利用しやすい。周りが森に囲まれており、自然の中でご当地グルメが楽しめる立地。 【価格】 平日昼食に大人2人子供2人の4人で利用。ひもかわうどん890円、ざるそば680円、舞茸天ぷら500円、中華そば890円を注文し、合計2960だった。どのメニューもリーズナブルで、1000円あればお腹いっぱい食べられる価格設定である。 【食事】 「上州名物」ひもかわうどんが人気商品らしく、大きな看板で宣伝されていたので注文。出汁の味が効いた汁に、もちもちの極太うどんがよく絡み、絶品。安い価格設定だし、そこまで美味しくないのかと思って食べたので、期待以上の味だった。再訪することがあれば、是非また食べたいと思える満足度だった。 中華そばは、優しい出汁のスープと中華麺で、フードコートなどでよくある味付けだと思った。味付けが濃過ぎないので子供にも食べさせやすかった。 ざるそばは、乾麺を茹でただけのように蕎麦にコシがないがこの値段なら仕方がないかな…と思った。 「地元産」の舞茸の天ぷらは、とても大ぶりの立派な舞茸がカラッと揚がっていて、とても美味しかった。ひもかわうどんと一緒に食べると相性抜群だった。 全体的には価格以上のお味で、「名物」や「地元産」とお勧めされているものがとても美味しく、満足度が高かった。 【サービス】 道の駅ということもあり、水や取り皿などは自分で取るセルフサービス方式。特に子供向けのサービスなどはないが、取り皿を自分で必要な量取れるのは楽だった。 【雰囲気】 周りは群馬の森に囲まれていて、喫茶コーナーはロッジのような雰囲気。雨だった為室内で食べたが、テラス席があったので天気が良ければ外で食べると気持ちが良いだろう。

[Location] A roadside station at the gateway to Kusatsu Onsen town. It's conveniently located, making it easy to stop by for souvenirs or a break. It's surrounded by forest, so you can enjoy local cuisine in nature. [Price] We went for a weekday lunch with four people, two adults and two children. We ordered Himokawa Udon for 890 yen, Zaru Soba for 680 yen, Maitake Tempura for 500 yen, and Chinese Noodles for 890 yen, for a total of 2960 yen. All the menu items were reasonably priced, and you can eat your fill for 1000 yen. [Food] The "Joushu specialty" Himokawa Udon was a popular item, and was advertised on a large sign, so we ordered it. The thick, chewy udon noodles were well-mixed with the soup, which had a strong dashi flavor, and it was delicious. I thought it wouldn't be that tasty, considering the low price, but it was better than I expected. If I visit again, I would definitely like to eat here again. The Chinese noodles had a mild soup stock and Chinese noodles, and I thought that the seasoning was common in food courts. The seasoning was not too strong, so it was easy for children to eat. The Zaru Soba noodles were not chewy, as they were just boiled dried noodles, but I guess that's to be expected at this price... The "local" Maitake mushroom tempura was very large and crispy, and very delicious. It went perfectly with the Himokawa udon. Overall, the taste was better than the price, and the recommended "specialties" and "locally grown" dishes were very delicious and very satisfying. [Service] Because it is a roadside station, water and side plates are self-service. There is no special service for children, but it was easy to get the amount of side plates you need by yourself. [Atmosphere] It is surrounded by the forests of Gunma, and the cafe corner has a lodge-like atmosphere. It was raining so we ate inside, but there was terrace seating so if the weather was nice it would be nice to...

2025.8.16.午後12時半ごろ わさびコロッケののぼり旗を見て立ち寄ることにした わさびコロッケ1個260円、大きさは直径4-5センチほど わさびのツーンとした風味が残っており美味しく食べられました。わさびの辛味は少ないです。

建物入口入ってすぐに券売機。券売機でコロッケとひもかわうどんを購入してすぐにコロッケは手渡され、ひもかわうどんは待ちでした。

ひもかわうどんの見た目はペラペラできしめん幅広と思えばわかるはずです。食感はツルッとモッチりしています。麺自体は短めに切られていますので食べやすいです。

見た目はまるでお化けの一旦木綿のようです。

つゆは甘めで豚肉がたくさん入っています。豚肉も甘めに味付けされています。お好みですが、七味やラー油を入れるとさらに美味しく感じられます。

8月28日14時頃、家族3人で遅めの昼ごはんを食べるために立ち寄りました。 玄関には美味しそうなひもかわうどんのメニューがあります。 券売機がありセルフの店です。温ひもかわうどん(930円)、つけひもかわうどん(950円)、冷やし中華麺(930円)を券売機で購入して店員さんに券を渡して待ちました。席もほどほどに空いていて着席、程なくカウンターまで取りに行きました。 自分は温ひもかわうどんを食べ、感想は「美味い！」の一言。幅広の麺にあっさりの出汁に豚肉の出汁も混じり合ってとてもいい！麺は食感が良くツルツル口に入り、豚肉も上州もち豚を使っていて良い意味で豚の風味が凄く強いです。 一気に汁まで食べ切ってしまいました。 道の駅でこんなに美味しい食事をしたのは初めてです。 遠方から来たので行く機会はないですがもう一度予定を作って食べに行きたいです。 美味しい食事を...
