This bar just opened January, 2024 and it needs to be added to your Niseko must-do list!! We tried and failed to get into Bar Gyu two nights in a row and noticed this warmly-lit bar in a funky modern building. We decided to give it a go and boy was that a good decision!! Hands down best cocktails and bar in Niseko. We initially were heading towards a different bar, but the building caught our attention and the bar looked very nice. It was still their “soft” opening so the outside is still being updated (e.g signs). We went two nights in a row and tried every single drink. One of the best bars I've been to in my life let alone Japan. The craftsmanship that these two bartenders displayed was astronomical. Would highly recommend the bees knees cocktail which, if you are a lover of lavender scented things, is a must try. Perfectly balanced with honey and finished off with a lovely tart finish, I will be coming back here many a time to savour that cocktail.
