Not anything very good in my opinion, food is very bland. And service is very slow. We got our food very very slowly, don't know if it's on purpose, or the place is understaffed. We chose the Mina Mina course. If you're a very light eater on seasonings especially, than it'll be alright I guess. For us the edimame was little bit under salted. The Burdock chip was just fried with oil and no seasoning at all, so it was like eating tougher and more tougher cabbage, but no taste. Exactly like eating a plant root as what we think Burdock is. The sashimi salad came after our hot pot was done and the the marinated bonito fish didn't come until we had to ask them where it is. Not only that, they told us it was sold out. So it was replaced by fried Mackerel. Which also came at the end 1.5hour into our meal with the udon. The sashimi salad barely had seasoning, but the sashimi was there to compensate for the taste. Not really what I like, since you must accompany eating the salad with the sashimi, which there were a lot more salad than sashimi. The fried Mackerel was delicious tho, lightly seasoned enough so it doesn't overwhelm the flavour of the Mackerel. The food I would give it a 3 star, it's not something that wow'ed me and make me say damn this is really good, or おいしい. The service was not bad, the servers were smiling and nice, but seemed that it was hard to get a hold of them and a lot of the times they forgot about our order. Water comes middle of our course, and as stated above food came in weird orders and not by the menu. Maybe that's how it is, but compared to a lot of Japanese restaurants this I would say lacks the service. I am giving it a 1 star for the service. Price 1 star. Overall 2 stars. If the food comes in a bit faster or if they checked on us for often it'd be nice. The place isn't very big, and there were 2 servers. Our meal in the end became almost a 3 hour meal. Not only that I ended up getting more food from the food trucks since it was not filling at all. The bill was just written on a white piece of paper for the total. We had no idea what the price includes. So we had to figure out the prices were ourselves. Taxes? Service fee? Just my opinion in the end, so you can be the judge and try it yourself. There are better places around that cost less, better tasting, and faster service especially. Second time in Niseko, and I've eaten a lot of places nearby to be able to give my...

NO TRANSPARENCY. My wife and I were looking for a place for a drink while we wait for our dinner reservation at another restaurant. This bar came up nearby and had reasonable reviews. Upon entering there was only two other guests there which was a worry as it was peak season and most places were booked out. This should have been a sign to turn around. The workers were friendly and accomodating but upon exiting, two beers came to over 3000 yen. I know about consumption tax but the cheque revealed a 500yen pp music fee. We were there for 15-20 minutes and they played ghostbusters twice… I asked where is the signage or where is it stated in your menu. It was in the fine print on the very last page. I explained this felt deceiving and said it should be clear to customers and displayed as a small disclaimer on every menu page so customers are not shocked when the bill is revealed. In short, there was no way I was paying the music fees and I now understand why the bar was empty. To the owner, I’d suggest displaying this fee in plain sight, rather then a useless disclaimer at the back of the menu OR scrap it altogether and incorporate and ‘music’ costs into the menu so the customers can make an...

A place that has been in business for over twenty years, with an atmosphere that's simply unparalleled. The staff are not only incredibly good-looking but also have fantastic personalities, making you feel welcomed and warm. This music bar, infused with a unique vibe from the snowy region, is a must-visit. The performances inside are captivating, and the music playing outside allows even those strolling in the snow to share in the joy.

The decor and overall ambiance of the place made me feel like I was experiencing a warm night in a blend of Western and Japan. It was truly an...

Great place for ramen just off the main drag. Limited, but delicious menu - essentially vegan or venison ramen, plus plenty of sides and snacks. We went during the day when most other places were full or closing, but this place seems to stay open during the afternoon. The venison was a bit tough, but not consuming it regularly, that may come with the territory. It wouldn’t stop being ordering again though. Seems like they might have live music at night, would be keen to try it out to see the difference.
