Miraku Ramen — Restaurant in Kutchan

Pretty good ramen but not worth the extra cost compared to other spots in town.

It’s decent ramen, not a huge amount of depth of flavour in the broth and I got the large portion which is the same as a normal portion in other kutchan ramen spots. You pay around 300JPY more than other spots and I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

Good option if you’re walking around the town centre but wouldn’t choose to go back over...

The soy sauce ramen with straight noodles was incredibly delicious. It wasn’t greasy with oil but had a clean and refreshing taste. The flavor was well-balanced, and I could truly enjoy it. I believe this is a ramen that’s gentle on the stomach and could be eaten every day. It was served about 10 minutes after ordering. The staff inside the restaurant were all very friendly, providing excellent service. Ordering was done via a QR code, which is a great idea as it accommodates speakers of any language.
