(English below) 以前通っていた大阪の辛麺屋さんが閉店してからの久々の辛麺。 私は25辛、妻は30辛をオーダー。 麺の種類(こんにゃく麺の極細麺、こんにゃく麺の太麺とちぢれ卵麺)を選べます。トッピングも豊富で私はゆでニンニクWをトッピング。

ちなみに辛麺とは↓ 「宮崎県延岡市発祥の麺料理（ご当地ラーメン）。真っ赤な激辛スープにコシの強い麺が特徴である。延岡観光協会では「延岡辛麺」としている」(wikiから抜粋)

オーダーから10分ほどで着丼。 私の25辛は個人的には程良いからさで辛さを感じつつも美味しく頂ける辛さでした。 妻の30辛を一口もらうと、+5辛でもガツンと辛さを感じることが出来ます。30辛でもいけそうですが私は25辛が好みかなw

極細麺がしっかりスープを絡みつけるので啜るとむせますw セットにしたのですがまだ余裕があったので、太麺を替え玉。 太麺の方が当たり前ですがもちもち感を楽しめるので個人的には太麺が好みでした。 Bセットにしたので、ちび月見軟骨丼を頂きましたが、スープが白ごはんとの相性がいいので美味しかったですが、次回は別のセットを食べてみます。 妻はAセットのしそ餃子セットでしたが、餃子はめっちゃ美味しいです🤤 また近くに来たら再訪したいお店になりました！ ご馳走様でした🙏

It has been a long time since our previous spicy noodle restaurant in Osaka closed. I ordered 25 spicy and my wife ordered 30 spicy. You can choose the type of noodle (konjac noodles ultra thin noodles, konjac noodles thick noodles, or wavy egg noodles). There are also a variety of toppings, and I topped mine with boiled garlic.

By the way, what is spicy noodles? It is a noodle dish (local ramen) that originated in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture. It is characterized by a bright red hot soup and firm noodles. The Nobeoka Tourist Association calls it "Nobeoka spicy noodles" (excerpt from wiki).

The bowl of noodles arrived about 10 minutes after ordering. My 25 spicy was just right for me personally, and while I felt it was spicy, I could enjoy it. My wife's 30 spicy was just right for her and she could feel the spiciness even with the +5 spiciness.

The noodles were so thin that they were soaked in the soup that they made me swoon. I ordered a set of noodles, but since there was still room, I ordered another bowl of thick noodles. I personally preferred the thicker noodles because I could enjoy the stickiness of the noodles. I had the b set, chibi tsukimi cartilage bowl, which was good because the soup went well with the white rice, but I will try another set next time. My wife had the shiso gyoza set from the a set and the gyoza is soooo good🤤. This is now a restaurant I want to revisit when I'm in the area again! Thanks for the food 🙏.

Parking doesn't seem to be available, but it is delicious. There doesn't seem to be parking, but it is in the neighborhood. It is like having a certificate of parking in the neighborhood for service.
