This is NOT a gluten-free bakery. There were two gf choices when we went - two types of baked 'donuts' - chocolate and matcha. I bought the chocolate. They were dry and tasteless. The non gf choices were very limited. We arrived at 12:00 when they had opened at 11:00. Could they have sold out already? No apple turnovers or many of the other products in their brochure and on their Instagram. I was so looking forward to sampling their products and we travelled a long way and adjusted our plans so as to be there when they were open. I was extremely disappointed.

普段はしないけど、あまりに美味しすぎたので投稿しました。遠くから行く価値ありました。 ほんとに噛めば噛むほど味が出てきます。 材料にとても拘っているようでどれも美味しいですが 個人的にはキビ甘栗(写真撮り忘れました…)とマカダミアスティック、新商品のアーモンドパイ菓子がとてもお気に入りです！ 空いてるかちょっと心配でしたが無事買えてよかったです！ オーナーに聞いたところ、Instagramのカレンダーみて来たらほぼ間違いないみたいです。

普段はしないけど、あまりに美味しすぎたので投稿しました。遠くから行く価値ありました。 ほんとに噛めば噛むほど味が出てきます。 材料にとても拘っているようでどれも美味しいですが 個人的にはキビ甘栗(写真撮り忘れました…)とマカダミアスティック、新商品のアーモンドパイ菓子がとてもお気に入りです！ 空いてるかちょっと心配でしたが無事買えてよかったです！ オーナーに聞いたところ、Instagramのカレンダーみて来たらほぼ間違いないみたいです。

Absolutely sweet and super kind owner who does almost all of the baking herself in the wee hours of the morning. She was inspired to make gluten free items by the founder of Choice café — the only gluten free and vegan place in Kyoto! I highly recommend visiting this...
