I ordered Yuzu Kosho burger, spiced fries, and craft cola (sorry I forgot to take picture of the drink). The burger that I ordered has a hint of citrus in it; the beef was cooked medium - medium well, you can see the red of the beef when you bite into the burger and it's very tender; there's a faint radish taste that I like (not a radish fan). The fries are great, for ¥300 they're generous and flavorful. The craft cola, despite its name, is not a soda like coca cola. I don't really know what it's made of, but it has cinnamon, it was refreshing 👍.
If you finish the whole meal with no crumbs left, They might offer you secret ice cream dessert that's not available on the menu. It's a bit expensive, so it's just okay if you want a palate cleanser after your meal.
The staffs are very friendly and speak English great, so you can understand them easily. The restaurant is clean and has a western + japanese minimalism style with bar-like single seatings, it looks fine for me.
One small nitpick, I wished the Yuzu flavor in my burger would be a bit stronger, not too much that it would be orange flavor burger, just slightly more to make the citrus add a level of freshness to the savory taste of the beef. Though, this could be a me problem as a South East Asian who is used to food with strong flavor, your mileage might vary. Also it's a bit expensive compared to most burger places, but the quality of the beef, vegetables, and sauces are very good. So please plan ahead if you're looking for...

Read moreA bright little store located on the way to blue bottle cafe Nanzen-ji with friendly and smiley staffs volunteered to provide English menu. Both flavours of wasabi & Kyo-classic burgers we ordered were not WOW but definitely descent quality with regular Asian size.
The ice tea was nice and match perfectly with the fragrant spiced fries. I’d recommend to order set menu as its proper amount of food for one meal and a good balance.
Apart from the food, I actually adore the chic and casual atmosphere of this store with open windows, industrial design perfectly mixed with woody architectural structure and the aroma of Nanzen-ji area. Not a lot of table available so you might want to pay for early visit or make a...
