We were a group of 5 that walked in because the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. We sat down and used their scanning system to order. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive. The food was room temperature, the broccoli very overcooked. We believe this restaurant treated us in this manner because they do not want to serve tourists. If you are a local it’s probably fine for you to eat here. When we left the restaurant we did not get the courteous thank you that comes from eating at a restaurant in Japan. What we got from the person working at the reception area was “close door!” It’s a shame there isn’t a way for these people to be able to let tourists know they are unwelcomed at this restaurant. It would save both sides unnecessary discomfort. Definitely do not recommend...
Read moreAvoid!! this place at all costs. If I were starving, I’d rather go hungry than eat here, even if the food was free. If you're not local, just turn around and find somewhere else.

Rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful, especially the one preparing meals right by the entrance. If you want to waste your money, leave hungry, and deal with unprofessional behavior, this is your spot. I’ll...

Was told to sit on a bench to wait but he never ever came back. A westerner walked in after a while, asked for a table for one, and was turned away. I left after waiting for about 10 mins. I don’t think they are into doing foreigners’ business. Maybe they should just put up a sign outside to say ‘locals only’. It would have been much better if they outright tell me no foreigners than to make me sit and wait. Left a bad taste...
