A local bakery that was open while I was passing by on a rainy day. I stopped in later in the day so a lot of bakery items were already sold out.

However, the workers here were very friendly.

The quality of the baked goods are decent and they are very generous with the fillings. The raisin bread is packed full of raisins! Prices are slightly higher compared to other bakeries in the area but for good reason.

Definitely drop by and...

One of the few bakeries in Kyoto that's still open through 7pm, but don't wait til 6pm as it appears all the bakeries in Kyoto run out of items and you'll be picking from the leftover stock.

No seats but they have a decent selection of baked items and sandwiches.

I came from the Brother Bakery Hachijo which closes at 4pm and they were already wiped out by around 3pm when...

キッチンで不衛生な場合によく出る ミニヤスデが、家族が食べている途中バーガーの中から生きたまま出てきた。 電話すると責任者から折り返し連絡があったが、本当に責任者なのか？と思うくらいの言葉使いや、謝罪の気持ちの無さ。 対応は自ら店舗に直接行き、その時の会計全額返金対応。

虫が混入していても、偶然だろうと思い それから数回利用し数ヶ月後が経過。

先日購入後ホットドッグを開封すると、10cm程の髪の毛が混入していた。 電話し、責任者からの折り返し連絡はまたも同じスタッフ。 前回の虫の件含め2度目だと伝えたが、変わらず「すみませんでした〜」と軽々しい謝罪。 「どうしましょう？新しいホットドッグを持っていきましょうか？｣との事だったが2度目の異物混入だったので さすがに食べれるわけがなく、返金対応を希望。 すると2度目にも関わらず、ホットドッグ代のみを言い出してきたので、さすがに全額お願いした。

自宅まで責任者の方が返金しに来ることになり、 家の近くまで来ているのに、｢場所が分からないので教えて欲しい｣、｢オートロックのやり方が分からない｣と電話が2度あった。

電話に出た際、店舗名だけ伝えられ、私の名前を確認せずに淡々と話し続ける、社会人としてのマナーの無さにびっくりした。

ドアを開けるとガサガサと手元を探し、「お金忘れてしまったので 取りに戻ります〜」と、家の外へ戻られた。 返金対応で来たのに、このメガネのおばさん責任者は何をしに来たのか、、、 そして、直接にもかかわらず電話とおなじく「すみませんでした〜」と同じ言葉ばかり。申し訳ございません...
