Visited around 3 p.m. on a weekday—no line outside, but the restaurant was almost fully packed inside. During lunch and dinner peak hours it seems to get extremely crowded with long queues, but since they’re open straight through the day, I aimed for an off-peak time. Even then, small lines were forming here and there—no doubt, a seriously popular gyoza spot. What I ordered ◆ Gyoza (6 pieces) ¥357 × 2 ◆ Medium Rice ¥245 The gyoza came out quickly and piping hot. Perfect balance of meat and vegetables, a good hit of garlic, chewy skin with a crispy sear—every element that makes gyoza great is packed into one bite. Absolute perfection. They offer both soy-based and miso-based dipping sauces, and both work beautifully. A place where the true appeal of gyoza hits you right away. Totally makes sense why it’s loved by so many. Definitely a spot I’d revisit whenever I’m in the area.

Stopped here for dinner after finding it on a random Google maps search for restaurants. We visited with a family of 4- 2 adults, 9yr old, 11yr old. We visited at about 6pm. We were warmly welcomed and then asked to stay outside for a brief wait. It was Saturday night and we expected as much. We waited about 10 minutes then invited to sit at the counter. By this time, the line was down the street, and they had filled many take-out orders, so we knew it must be good! They had an English menu which we used to order 1 fried chicken, 3 orders of gyozas, 1 curry cucumbers, 2 servings of rice which came with soup and 2 beers, for a total of about 3800 yen. Everything came out quickly and was delicious! We felt very welcomed and comfortable in this sweet little spot. Highly recommend!!

A really cool gyoza spot near To-ji temple. Seems to be a neighbourhood favourite. Not a very touristy spot. The food is cooked in front of you. The gyozas were the best ones I had in Japan! Crunchy and thin bottom and juicy filling. Paired it with a bowl of ramen which was so good for a cold winter evening hearty and wholesome. The staff were super nice and the locals sitting next to us made our meals more enjoyable. Highly recommend. We two servings of gyozas one wasn’t just enough.

So many reviews saying I loved the gyoza or whatever. They have 4 menu items. Gyoza, ramen, karage, and fresh pickles. They are all amazing. This is a very small shop that seats maybe 20ish people. It seems to be a local Hotspot so don't expect much catering to westerner behavior. All of the staff was not only very kind but as helpful as possible. If I could sum the place up in one sentence it would be, "Give these people all of your money because they deserve it for the products they serve." Probably some of the best...
