I ordered the vegetable curry as part of the "manpaku set", which included tandoori chicken (I should have read the menu more carefully). The plain naan was one of the best I had and the mango lassi was huge and delicious. The problem is the actual curry. It's the same generic orange sauce that I've tasted dozens of times in other Indian restaurants across Japan. The vegetables inside were lifeless and dead. Choose the “Today's curry” - which I assume changes daily so not 100% sure what curry I had but yum yum yum! If you fancy a break from rice the nan breads are delicious! I had a plain nan and my partner had a cheese nan (I pinched a slice and :o cheese nan is a must try!) I also tried “Lassi” since I've never heard of it ...and what a strange drink :D All I can say is “watery yogurt”. Oddly refreshing and complimented the dish.

Read moreI probably wasn't too lucky on my first visit here. The curry was quite salty and too watery, it wasn't enjoyable at all. The only thing I liked were the coconut and cheese naan and tandoori chicken pieces which were good. The lady who was serving us that evening looked poorly and seemed to have a cold. Definitely made me wonder about the employment/labour conditions of staff in this restaurant. Would've been best for her and customers if she called in sick to properly rest and recover.
