Pork and Soy sauce based ramen. The portion was just right. The smell was a little too strong but the moment you have your first slurp you realize that the pork umami is just right with the noodles and immediately you can taste the distinct flavor of the broth. We ate at Masutani and my egg and meat was cold!! There was bits of egg shell in my broth (they crunched in my teeth!). So disappointing as many others had a great experience. This was the worst meal I had in Japan so far and this is my third time visiting...
