This was my favorite bakery when I was studying here. I would always stock up if I was in the area. There are lots of interesting breads and pastries to try and everything is very reasonably priced so you can try as many as you like and not feel it in your wallet (unlike some of the more prestigious bakeries around Shijo). I wholeheartedly recommend the sesame sweet potato bread, but you really can't go wrong with trying...

Tried their burgers and sandwiches and they were pretty good, especially the burgers. All of the burgers, bread, pastries and sandwiches are abt 100+yen which is very affordable in Kyoto. Good for breakfast in Kyoto as most of the shops do not open...
