Description for salmon spinach basil: Texture: bread inside is dense and fluffy (not squishy nor does it stay flat), outer rim is crispy and soft in different areas—well balanced. Sporadic little seeds for a bit of a crunch.

Flavor: cream cheese isn’t overpowering, salmon isn’t overly salty, spinach adds a neutral flavor to the cream cheese and salmon. There’s also a nutty flavor from the bread. The flour is neapolitan, making it taste like pizza.

Ratio: Perfect! From the cream cheese with the spinach and the salmon…but also between the filling with the bread.

A spectacular bakery with a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies and more. They also serve good coffee from a proper Espresso machine. This store is almost always busy with customers that buy and leave, but there is some seating space, which is quite nice. If you are lucky to find a seat and the shop is relatively quiet, the atmosphere is lovely. Amazing food! Everything was super tasty, balanced and quite unique too, I can’t say what was my favourite since everything was equally great! We sat in and they were very accomodating too for a bakery (plates, cut up the bread and served tea in a teapot so I could refill it if necessary). Deco is also super cute, lots of French and Japanese film posters.
