Nice westernised yuba courses. It would be a great introduction to yuba for people who are interested. The yuba is presented in several different forms. The service was excellent and the head lady spoke English with us. They were very friendly. The portions are perfect and I could not eat any more.

土日祝日のランチは要予約です。祖母とのランチによく利用させて頂いています。ここは湯葉を使った創作和風フレンチが、テーブル席で頂けます。ある程度の人数がいても窮屈になること無く座れるのはポイントが高いです。接客も、ベテランの店員が多いので安定的でフレンドリーです。メニューはメインを選べるものにしましたが、どれを食べても美味しいです。湯葉がこんなに多様な姿になるのは驚きです。おすすめは湯葉グラタン！ Must make a reservation when visiting on weekends! Delicious yuba(tofu skin) cuisine severed in Japanese-French style. The restaurant has western style seating so I usually come here with my grandmother in-law. It’s good to have Japanese food without sitting on a tatami floor. Yuba is usually served as sashimi but here they arrange in quite surprising ways like soup, gratin and tamago-kake rice(raw egg with soy sauce served with rice. Japanese eggs are fresh so it’s safe to eat raw! Very creamy! yummy!) This restaurant doesn’t have English menu but they have fixed lunch menu with only to pick the main dish. Usually meat, fish or tempura.

（2024）本日、9月14日にオススメディナーを食べに行って来ました。お店には今回で2回目となります。前回と同じで、どれを食べても大変美味しく、コクがあり大変クリーミーな湯葉を堪能させて頂きました。どの料理を頂いてもとても美味しかったのですが、今回、特に感動した料理は、ディナー最後に出して頂いた『味噌汁』です。白味噌仕立てですが、今まで食べた『味噌汁』の中では、1番美味しかったです。私見ですが、白味噌を自家製の豆乳で溶いた感じなのですが、少しトロミが有り、微かに甘みもあり、飲み干した後味もサッパリとしていて、とても美味しかったです。僕の年間行事の1つとして今後も行きたいお店になります。（2023）4月8日に行ってきました。当日は少し寒く、少し早目にお店に入りましたが、直ぐに席に案内され、とりあえずは、飲み物と、コース料理のメインを3種類(季節の魚)(お肉)(天麩羅)の中から、お肉と天麩羅をそれぞれチョイス。店内はテーブル席だけでしたが、とても落ち着いた感じの店内で、中庭も凄く手入れしてありました。今回初めてお豆腐料理を頂きましたが、それぞれ予想を遥かに超える美味しさ。最後に頂いた、湯葉の餡掛けご飯は、オカワリしたくなる位の美味しさでした。ドリンク類も豊富で、大変お値打ち価格で提供されています。駐車場は、お店の前に6〜7台位ありますが、駐車場に入れる際は、バックで入る事をおすすめ致します。私は、10分位歩いた所にあるグランドの駐車場を利用しました。

I have been to Yubasen many times. I especially enjoy the Kid's Meal. This meal is not any McDonald's type of set though. This comes with Sashimi Yuba, (Plain Yuba with Soy Sauce) Yuba Gratin, a hamburger steak, two tempura shrimp, potato fries, and a salad. If you are a parent, bring your kids and order this set. If you are a child or parent, you MUST try the Tonyu. Tonyu is soy milk. But much better that the American style. I love this resturant, and I will continue going...

Bit unfriendly to foreigners. I was stopped as soon as entering this restaurant, because there is no one who can speak other than Japanese(They said this and asked if I'm Chinese, in Chinese. :) ). I'm not Chinese and I could speak Japanese, so I said so and entered. But they made fun of my Japanese in the back, which I happened to hear. Hotel's concierge recommended this restaurant, but...
