The food can be summed up quite well in one word: "meh" I would always choose a portion of fish innards or a bowl of tar over this grub that comes fresh from the chemical kitchen and is drowned in fat. At least that is controlled, and you know in advance what you are getting into and can mentally prepare yourself for any problems.
If you want to wash your hands dripping with grease after eating and have found the toilets in the furthest corner, you will find that there is only one woman's toilet and one mixed toilet. With a stiff turning knob as a faucet, where there is no alternative but to touch the greasy knob with your freshly washed hands. Thanks to many layers of fat, this now has the same taste profile as the crispy chicken. If you have endured this situation, thanks to the faucet, you now look as if you have peed yourself. Since there is no real possibility of your fingers being free of grease after washing, you have to resort to the non-existent paper towels. Alternatively, you can use toilet paper, which dissolves at the mere sight of moisture.
I, for one, dragged myself back to the hotel and regret my decision as I wait to get rid of the lump in one of the two ways. With that in mind, thank you, Wendys, for this...

Despite that, I would only eat inside if there was no place else to enjoy the food as it looks like any fast food restaurant, but rather cramped in my opinion.
The staff is friendly but there were slightly too few of them as one person had to put all things together and also act as cashier when the single self-service terminal was occupied.
I would recommend going here during non rush hours.
And the plastic waste they produce, it's too much. But you can't blame Wendy's for it, that's a cultural thing I guess. For example, I got my sauce in a little plastic bag which alone would've been enough but then I got another plastic thing to put the sauce in for dipping. Do it like other chains and serve just a single thing with sauce in it, that would be a good...

This Wendy's was playing jazz music and decor was very cool.
I ordered the Umami chicken sandwich. I upgraded to a fry and drink combo. Interestingly they have flavors you can add to the fries. I opted for the burnt butter soy sauce.
Sandwich was prepared fresh. To my suprise the chicken was dark meat rather than the other chicken patties which were white.
Fries were good, reminded me of pringles with a hint of soy sauce.
